The absence of colour is compensated by a particular use of forms, by the <strong>sculptural \u201cparrot\u201d staircase<\/strong> at the centre of the living room, reaching up to the gypsum board soffits and false ceilings with recessed light fixtures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>A second stair, finished in Kerlite<\/strong>, connects the basement with the three bedrooms and two baths on the upper level.<\/p>\n<p>A single storey garage is covered by a terrace.
